By accessing and using the GoodPitBall website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice. Custom orders require a minimum order quantity as specified on our product pages.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping across the United States with estimated delivery times of 7-14 days for Panama shipments and same-day/next-day for stock items from our CA and NJ warehouses. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Free shipping applies to orders within the contiguous United States.

4. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of unopened or inspection-only products within 30 days of delivery for damaged or defective items. Custom orders are non-refundable. Customer pays return shipping. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after receiving the returned product. See our full Return Policy page for details.

5. Product Safety

Our ball pit balls are manufactured to meet ASTM F963 and CPSIA safety standards. They are made from BPA-free LDPE material. We provide certifications for all our products upon request.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of GoodPitBall and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

GoodPitBall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
