How much do GoodPitBall balls cost?
Wholesale pricing is $0.085 per ball at the 10,000-ball minimum. For larger orders, volume pricing is discussed individually with GES. Freight is quoted separately based on your order and destination.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 10,000 balls.
Can I buy a small quantity or a single bag?
No. GoodPitBall is a wholesale supplier for commercial buyers and does not sell retail quantities.
How do I place an order?
Submit a wholesale pricing request or contact the GES sales team. You'll receive a formal quote with product and freight costs; the order is confirmed with a purchase order.
Who handles sales?

What payment terms are available?
Payment terms are provided with your formal quote from the GES sales team.
Shipping & freight
How is shipping priced?
Shipping options are based on order quantity, destination, packaging requirements and delivery timeline. Every order receives a freight quote.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes — nationwide shipping to commercial addresses, with LTL and FTL freight capability.
What if my site has no loading dock?
Select "Liftgate needed" in your request, and liftgate delivery will be included in your freight quote. Freight terminal pickup is also available.
How long does delivery take?
Lead time depends on quantity, packaging, destination and freight mode. It is confirmed in your formal quote — include your required delivery date in the RFQ.
What if my shipment arrives damaged or short?
Note the damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before signing, take photos, keep the packaging and contact the GES sales team. See order issues & freight claims.

Which sizes are available?
2.2" (55 mm) in 14 colors and 2.3" (58 mm) in 10 colors, plus custom mixes. See product specifications.
Are the balls safety certified?
Yes. They are certified to ASTM F963 and are BPA free and phthalate free. Documentation is available on request.
Can you do custom colors or private label packaging?
Custom color mixes and packaging options, including private label, can be specified in your RFQ and will be confirmed in your quote.
Do you supply OEM manufacturers?
Yes. We supply play equipment manufacturers with consistent-spec balls for inclusion in their products, including scheduled program deliveries.
How many balls do I need for my pit?
