Return Policy

1. Return Window

Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

2. Condition Requirements

Balls must be unopened or opened only for inspection purposes. If they have been used in a ball pit or played with in any way, we cannot accept returns.

3. Eligible Returns

We accept returns only for damaged or defective products discovered upon opening and inspection. If your order arrives with damage or defects, please document the issue before contacting us.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at sales@goodpitball.com with your order number and photos of the damage or defect. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1-2 business days.

5. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the return reaches us safely.

6. Refund Method

Approved returns will receive a full refund to the original payment method used at checkout.

7. Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Custom color orders, opened products that have been used, and orders returned after the 30-day window are not eligible for returns or refunds.
